Who are the Daisy Mountain Veterans?

2010_join

We are a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization, established in 2012, comprised of former service members, active duty military, families of above, or anyone whose interest is the well-being of Veterans and their families.

Our mission is to honor, support, and thank all who have served and who are currently serving in our Military.  Our organization has a history of serving communities, promoting Americanism, family values, youth programs, freedom, and liberty.  The members celebrate the achievements and sacrifices of members of our Armed Forces with whom they, as Veterans, share common experiences.

We are able to receive donations from various sources that cannot support military organizations.  To provide strength through numbers, civilian citizens who support veterans and their causes may join Daisy Mountain Veterans. Our membership is limited to North Phoenix, Desert Hills, Anthem, New River and Black Canyon City citizens.

To join the Daisy Mountain Veterans, please submit the below application with a $10.00 membership fee, which is a lifetime membership. The application will automatically be sent to the President of the Daisy Mountain Veterans.

If you prefer to send a check, please download the membership application form, complete the form, and send your membership form and check for $10.00 to the below address. The President will be contacting you via email in regard to your lifetime membership card.
